Electives & Choice
SummerQuest prides itself on providing our campers with numerous opportunities to customize their own camp experience through one of the most extensive elective programs around! As children enter first grade, they begin to make activity choices. As they enter second grade, campers spend two hours of each day focusing on an even wider range of activity choices. Once campers enter third grade, they customize half of their day!

Campers who love sports will learn from talented guest instructors. Campers with artistic interests will also be treated to fantastic creative and performing programs by guest "Artists-in-Residence."

SummerQuest's Elective Program will include much more than what is typically found in camp. Elective choices will change week by week. Some of the electives suggested so far by our campers are:

  • Balloon animals
  • Basketball
  • Chess
  • Computer arts
  • Cooking
  • Doll-making
  • Fencing
  • Improvisation & Puppetry
  • Juggling
  • Leather working
  • Magic
  • Multi-sport competition
  • Rock band
  • Soccer
  • Street Hockey
  • T-shirt design
  • Wilderness skills
  • Woodworking
  • And more...
